Creation of a design system language to support and extend the written content of my doctoral dissertation. As a designer, I think and communicate using visual elements. This motivated me to create a system to support my thinking process and facilitate the communication of my ideas to different audiences while working on my doctoral dissertation.
The design language consists of a flexible system of icons, a rich color palette, a hierarchical typographic system, and guidelines for using images and photos. This system, initially designed for my dissertation, has expanded and now I use it for all types of professional and academic communications.
